The Zutphen is a modern style pent log cabin measuring 4.98 x 2.98m. Constructed using 28mm spruce logs.

The Zutphen offers all the functionality and versatility of a conventional garden shed. Yet instead of panels, this building is constructed using interlocking 28mm Spruce logs. The Zutphen also benefits from sleek modern look and double, Full glass front doors flanked by two windows.

All timber used is slow grown Spruce for a tight wood grain and the Dutch recognise that this creates a stable, durable and long lasting log cabin. For the highest quality finish, the timber is also specially selected for the interlocking construction and will not feature a mixture of timbers.

Supplied as untreated logs, the Zutphen will require treatment as soon as it has been installed. A log cabin may be treated using a variety of methods including impregnation, stains or paint - purchase alongside your log cabin today!

Supplied with EPDM and adhesive, a high quality and durable roofing material that will last for up to 20 years.

Please note, using a Drainage Outlet for EPDM roofs is highly recommended.

Pent Roofing Options:

We offer three different types of roofing for the pent log cabins.

  • EPDM ( Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer ) Rubber roofing which is the best option, Supplied in a single sheet with no natural overlaps ( weak spots ), We supply two types of adhesive with the rubber roofing, A spray glue for the majority of the surface area and also a tube for a fill gun for around the edges. A good extra to consider with the EPDM are the metal modern roofing trims although you can achieve the same result with timber versions instead. EPDM has a lifespan of 20+ years
  • Easy Roofing ( High Performance Polyester Base ) which is the second best option to consider, These arrive in rolls that are 5x1m a piece in sufficant volume for this log cabin. The Easy roofing is supplied with a self-adhesive backing meaning no extra glue is required. This roofing option like the EPDM can be finished off nicely with metal or timber roofing trims. Easy roofing has a life span of 15+ years
  • Felt Roofing Kit, Standard rolls of roofing felt like what you will have seen on sheds in most UK gardens. supplied with clout nails and felt glue for the overlaps. This option has the shortest lifespan of 2 - 3 years and will need replacing over time.

Or you may prefer to use your own roofing option, Not a problem as you can select to purchase this cabin without any roofing atall at a reduced rate under the options tab above.

Pent Roofing Material Supplied as standard with high grade EPDM rubber roofing, This single sheet of rubber spans the entire roof with no overlaps. Other roofing options can also be chosen.
Spruce T&G Flooring Spruce T&G floor options are available with your log cabin in two different thicknesses, The floor kits come supplied with treated floor joists, skirtings for the edges and all the fixings required for installation.
Foundation Beams Foundation beams are used to separate the logs of the cabin from the base/hardstanding that it will sit on.

great product,quality at a very good price...my neighbour has bought one after seeing what i've built.....with my brother following suit.After building the cabin I could only make a couple of suggestions to improve the process and it was all the information offered that drew me to this company.Definitely recommended.

Bought from Tuin after doing a lot of research, happy to say that not only do they produce a good quality product, they have a very genuine human approach to us, the customer.
The delivery man, Martin was really nice and was not phased by a tricky delivery.
Still in the process of putting it together, so far so good. Would be good to have all the instruction video's and information together as you have to root around to find all of them.
Good Cabin, great company, communications and not forgetting the awesome people. Keep Smiling.

Excellent product and easy to erect. Also the Easy lay roof covering was well worth the money and as it says very easy to lay.
Delivery driver could not be more helpful.

Excellent product, very quick and courteous service which cannot be faulted, delivery was made to Southampton for onward sending to Guernsey, all very stress free, managed to get everything unwrapped and checked, all appears good, however Please Please, give better construction instructions, I am very adept at DIY but even I have struggled , maybe an idiots guide to what part goes where would help and label them as such, I shall post again once finished, but I have no doubt even I have had to make decisions as to what goes where and I'm sure it doesn't, but all in all excellent and I will most certainly recommend this product and company without hesitation, just make it easier to build !!! Pleas

A very good sturdy easy to build great looking log cabin,
once I opened the packaging laid out all the logs into piles , which takes up quite a bit of room , I found the labels were bleached with the sun so where mostly unreadable and I found the instruction very poor , I got more help looking at the pictures and counting the logs ,I had watched a few videos 1st so the build started well and went quiet fast with only a few bent or twisted log that needed persuaded into place with the help of clamps screw and glue , the walls and roof was easy the Epdm rubber was harder as it was a windy day and the glue blow about a bit , the windows and doors were the hardest part as the instructions were poor , but after much head scratching I got then fitted , if I had more time I would have stained some of the parts before fitting like the finale surrounds/ fascia , I would highly recommend this cabin the only fault is that if the windows are open and then the doors opened fully the glass on he door hits the window frame, but in saying that I would buy another one in a minute .
