Single/Lean To Carport 3.0 x 5.0m
This single flat roof carport can be used as a lean-to or freestanding structure, allowing for use within a wide range of outdoor spaces. An economical alternative to a garage, this carport offers an effective way to protect one vehicle from the elements.
Featuring a pressure treated wooden frame, this is combined with transparent PVC corrugated roof panels to provide the sheltered element. The only difference between the freestanding and lean-to designs is the number of supporting posts - to convert into the lean-to, use three of the six posts supplied as standard.
The posts are to be dug in at a depth of 60cm, or when mounted with post holders, to be shorted to a height of 2.30m. If required, the clearance height can be increased using post points.
To use as a lean to carport longer roof sheets will need to be sourced locally. A discount will be applied if not supplied.

Ground Anchors For Gazebos:
Screw down Post Holders - An above ground fixing method, requires a hard standing such as concrete, slabs or a timber frame.
Spiked Post Holders - A below ground fixing option, intended to be hammered into soft ground.
Adjustable Ground Anchors - A below ground anchor which needs to be concreted into place.
Please note that there are no bolts/fixings with these post holders - They will need to be sourced separately.
This is an adaptable car port, if needed the post can be brought in closer from the outside, the rafters can also be cut shorted upon installation if a smaller size is required.

Arrived in good time, and good quality, staff were extremely helpful, and the delivery guy was excellent
I erected the Car Port today having taken delivery from Nederlands earlier in the week. The structure is impressive and does not look at all cheap. It is relatively easy to erect BUT all is not perfect. On unpacking 1 x Facing Board and 1 x Support Post were damaged- both were badly split at one end. The Port was erected as a " Lean To" from the existing garage. The so called "Screws No 1" are quite pathetic and are much too short and a waste of time. This makes moving the assembled part roof impossible. Additional more suitable screws were purchased and they worked well. The Polycarbonate Roof Sheets are fragile and were not used, I chose to fit a felt roof on 9mm boards. The completed Port looks impressive, it is solid and substantial. I recommend it to other potential buyers as outstanding value for money but I do have real reservations concerning the various screws and fittings provided, they do not seem appropriate given the size of timers used.
